Variant 1: Start spontaneously
You briefly specify how many people you are cooking for, how much time you have, how demanding it can be (easy / medium / complex) and which themed cuisine appeals to you (e.g. Mediterranean, Asian, Italian – or “surprise me”). Kati suggests suitable dishes in seconds; you choose – and receive preparation + quantity-based shopping list directly.
Variant 2: Weekly planning – first Nutrition Coach, then recipes
In planning, Kati starts with the Nutrition Coach: You clarify goals (e.g. cycle-appropriate, sport/regeneration, blood pressure friendliness), framework (people, days, time windows, cooking effort) and tolerances. This “nutrient roadmap” leads to suitable recipe ideas without ping-pong – the Recipe Generator then searches for targeted dishes that the Meal Planner distributes cleanly over the week.
