These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders of the digital product “K.B. Kitchen Assistant Kati” via this website.
They apply to consumers from Switzerland, Germany, and Austria.

3. Service Description

The offered product is digital access to an individually usable solution for meal planning, recipe search, nutrient organization, and shopping preparation.
Access is provided via an individual link, which is used with a ChatGPT account from OpenAI.

The product includes:

• a Meal Planner
• a Recipe Generator
• a smart shopping list
• as well as digital step-by-step cooking assistance
• and a Nutrition Coach with individually generated recommendations

4. Usage Requirements

For using the product, a free or paid account with OpenAI (ChatGPT) is required.
The user is responsible for ensuring they have valid access.
The product is browser-based; no software installation is needed. It can be used on all common devices (desktop, tablet, smartphone).

5. Order, Delivery & Commencement of Use

After the one-time purchase via Stripe, you will immediately receive:

• a confirmation page with personal access
• or an email with your personalized access link

The access link is permanently usable and not limited.

6. Payment & Pricing

The price is a one-time amount that must be paid in full before use.
Payment is made via Stripe using credit card or other available payment methods.
The price is stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) – for customers from Germany and Austria, exchange rate fees may apply depending on the bank.
The provider is subject to VAT in Switzerland – for orders from abroad, no input tax can be deducted.

7. No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

According to Article 16 lit. m of EU Directive 2011/83/EU as well as § 356 para. 5 BGB (Germany) and § 18 FAGG (Austria), there is no Right of Withdrawal, as it is a digital product with immediate usability.
By purchasing, you expressly agree to waive the Right of Withdrawal.

8. Usage Rights & Transfer

With the purchase, you acquire a simple, non-transferable Usage Right for the provided link.
The link may not be publicly shared, resold, or duplicated.
All content and concepts remain the intellectual property of Katja Böning.
